The college provides post-secondary diploma programs for Chinese students (including the students from HK and Macao) and a large variety of adult training programs.

1. 3-year post-secondary diploma programs for high school graduates:
a) Aero-engine Maintenance Engineering
b) Airplane Structure Repair Engineering
c) Avionics Maintenance Engineering
d) Computer Engineering Technology
e) Information System and Management
f) Air-port Security Inspection
g) Computerized Accounting
h) Air-transport Marketing
i) Flight Service & Tourism Management
2. 5-year post-secondary diploma programs for junior school graduates:
a) Aircraft Engines Maintenance Engineering
b) Avionics Maintenance Engineering
c) Applied Electronics Technology
d) Computer Science
e) Air-transport Manageme
The college focuses on establishing close relationship with other colleges, local and international airlines. The college has already sent over 200 faculties to visit and study in the airlines and colleges overseas such as Britain, the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, Germany, Canada, etc. There are 23 instructors who have been awarded FAA Aircraft Maintenance License. With its well-organized as well as flexible system for international cooperation, the college has run two joint programs - Traveling and Tourism Management and CET with Seneca College of Applied Art & Technology, one joint program - Aircraft Maintenance with Canadore College of Applied Art & Technology, and one joint program - Aircraft Maintenance Engineering with Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi) . The last joint program is for providing graduates for airlines in HK. The college highlights the three focuses in learning - basic theory, English & computer skills, and hands-on practice. Each graduate is required to have "Dual Certificates"--one is post-secondary diploma awarded by the college, the other is vocational qualification certificate issued by relevant authorities.
